SHIPPING POLICY

We are ready to dispatch in 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. All items dispatch from Keysborough, Australia.

Please note business days are Monday-Friday. Public holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days of purchase. Please contact us for the return address.

 

Returned items must be in original packaging, include all accessories and be in saleable condition.

 

Please note: 

   1. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

   2. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

Returned items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

 

If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item please contact Molly's Backyard directly. Our return policy does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
